Me, Margaret Chamberlain. I designed the bread menu and do all the baking myself. I have spent 30 years perfecting my craft. My croissants - best in the Twin Cities. I have a passion for good bread and I want to spread the joy of bread in my lovely neighborhood. I have a number of interns associates to help with various tasks but I’m the baker.
When and where can I get your bread?
Right now, I am getting ready to sell at the Midtown Farmer's market on Saturdays starting in May. Look for the board with “Bread Star Rising” – if you see it, I am there. Come November, it will be every Tuesday at 3722 Chicago Ave. S. from 4:30 to 6:30 pm.
I am taking a break and looking forward to sharing my bread with every one at the Midtown Farmer's Market in the summer starting the first Saturday in May. I hope be back at 3722 Chicago Ave. S in November.
